Perminant partys and tempo parties

perminant parties will remain as assigned.
Tempo parties will be made for those who appear tw at last minute.
If any perminant party member can not show up, they will be replaced by tempo party members.
Tempo parties are not guarentee to have a healer or cata of any kind.
Perminant parties will have atleast 1 kind of healer and cata if there are any.
Perminant parties are first priority.
